Haiku Friday

It's Christmas time now
Princess is SO excited
She hopes we get snow

King Gabe is clueless
about presents and wrapping
but he loves the tree

Johns work is SO great
Day off and a free turkey
whos coming to eat?

*****************************************

Liv is SOO excited this year, and I find with each year she makes me love Christmas SO much more. She loves the movies and the tree and baking and the lights and giving things to others. She makes me see what the spirit of Christmas really is.

Gabe has no clue about the presents and stuff, but is in love with the tree and has even found ways to scootch over to it and grab the bottom branches and balls. We now have an army of presents protecting the bottom of the tree.

John gets Christmas Day off and only works till about 5 the day before. He also called today and said they get a choice of a free ham or turkey on every holiday, so we picked a turkey!

I can honestly say Im looking forward to Christmas day now!
